Shift(s): Tue-Sun Full Time Avail ( Am & Pm Shifts)
Responsibilities:
Main duties include preparing and cooking food in a specific station and making sure the kitchen is stocked
Prepare food according to recipe
Work with line station to ensure that orders are complete according to request and on time
Assist Lead Cook with preparing catering orders
Ensure that kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
Successful candidates will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Proven cooking experience including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Familiar with industry best practices
