About This Position

Position: Cook 

Shift(s): Tue-Sun Full Time Avail ( Am & Pm Shifts) 

Responsibilities: 

  • Main duties include preparing and cooking food in a specific station and making sure the kitchen is stocked

  • Prepare food according to recipe

  • Work with line station to ensure that orders are complete according to request and on time

  • Assist Lead Cook with preparing catering orders

  • Ensure that kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations

  • Successful candidates will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Proven cooking experience including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook

  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

  • Familiar with industry best practices
